About Me:
I completed my Bachelor’s degree with honors in Zoology at Bhavan's College, where I achieved an impressive SGPI of 9.85 on a scale of 10. In 2024, I was honored to be recognized as the top student in the Zoology department for two consecutive semesters.
During my tenure in animal care, I had the invaluable opportunity to hand-raise two rescued ring-necked parakeets and a baby squirrel. I meticulously developed comprehensive diet charts for a diverse array of species, including iguanas, hedgehogs, snapping turtles, star tortoises, red-eared slider turtles, and peacocks, adapting these plans to the nuances of seasonal variations. Additionally, I embarked on an independent research project that explored the nutrition and juvenile care of three distinct animal species: hedgehogs, iguanas, and budgerigars, deepening my understanding of their dietary needs and developmental stages.
My long-term goal is to make meaningful contributions to the field of Animal Sciences through research and innovation. I am deeply passionate about exploring new frontiers in this vital discipline, driven by an insatiable curiosity for learning and a strong commitment to advancing knowledge in animal care and management.
